I had a great experience with Eric Nelson and his team.  When I was looking to sell my house I wanted someone to advise me and steer me in the right direction.  Eric had a strategy from the beginning.  When he saw our house was ready he pushed me to list right away even though I wasn't sure I was ready.  But he was right, instead of living in clean, staged home for a month, we listed right away and sold our house quickly.  We did hit a few bumps but Eric was always with us.
